Peter Chlipala grew up in Poland, just 30 minutes from Martini Bombac’s hometown in the Czech Republic. They didn’t meet there, though—years later, their paths crossed in Breckenridge, Colorado, and everything clicked.

​

Molly Jack’s is the result: a true Breckenridge story built on friendship, community, and a love of really good food. The vision was simple—don’t reinvent the wheel, just make it great. Juicy burgers, crispy wings, tasty drinks, local craft beers, and a welcoming vibe for families, friends, camaraderie and late-night fun. With 17 TVs throughout the restaurant, it’s also the perfect spot to catch every big game.

The name honors two beloved dogs, Molly, Martini’s ever-smiling retriever, and Jack, Peter’s loyal yellow lab. Molly was a local legend herself, always making friends, and though she’s no longer with us, her spirit fills every corner of the restaurant.
